We had a really great experience doing the Everest Base Camp Trek with Mountain World Treks, led by our guide Sureash. From the first day, suresh and the team were there to make sure we were doing okay, especially as we got higher and the altitude started to become a challenge. He kept checking on us and helped us manage the pace. On the harder days, his encouragement really helped. After reaching Base Camp, we decided to take a helicopter back to Lukla instead of walking the same route. Honestly, that was such an amazing experience. Seeing the Khumbu valley, glaciers and mountains from above after spending days walking through the same landscape was something completely different.
