The days were mostly clear with amazing mountain views, though the mornings and evenings were really cold. The trail was tough in places and the altitude made some climbs harder than expected. Our guides kept a good pace and checked on everyone. Mountain World Treks handled everything, so we could just focus on the trek. Reaching Base Camp was amazing, but the helicopter ride back was my favourite. Seeing the Khumbu Glacier and valley from above was unforgettable.
